(I have posted a message similar to this one in the S-talk echo) next
year, Paramount Home Video is re-releasing the original Star Trek on
video for the 25th anniversary of Star Trek. The series has never been
captioned on TV or video. I have learned that if enough people write to
Paramount and say they will BUY the Star Trek tapes IF the tapes are
captioned, then Paramount will probably decide to caption Star Trek. Bur
But first Paramount wants to get at least 500 letters from people saying
they will BUY the tapes if the tapes are captioned. We don't have much
time - they will decide in the next few months. The name and address to
