BK> Doug, thanks for your help and also for the disks, however, at
BK> this time I think that since I need special help with the
BK> computer and since there is a Jaws rep in Denver, I think that
BK> I'd rather go with the Jaws program. I'm sorry for any
BK> inconvenience I may have caused you and I hope you do accept my
 BK> apologies. BK.

Hi Bill,

Lots of people are going to jump on me for this, but here goes. If I
were you, and if I were new to computing as you are, I would not deal
with Jaws. I have worked with the demmo, and although it has a lot of
features, it is much more complicated than most of the other screen
access packzages.

Doug may not be local to you, but he is super about support. However,
even if you don't live Vocal-eyes for some reason, I suggest you either
straighten out your problems with Flipper, or check out Softvert or
something.

I think that you need too much help to deal with a complicated program
like jaws.

Please understand that I'm not criticizing you, but I hate to see you
spend money on a program that you won't be happy with especially since
you've already spent the money for Flipper.

                                        Paula

... Oh never mind!

Paula, as it just so happens, I am talking to you via the Jaws screen
reader. I have the demo right now, but have been doing pretty well with it.
The other day, I talked with Ed, and he said that when I order my copy of
Jaws 2, he'd configure it for me in the Flipper configuration. Plus, my
friend from Nebraska has helped me configure the demo for me. I'm not saying
that you are wrong, but I do feel that I've been able to grasp it fairly
well. Even I've been surprised.
BK.
