RA> From within refiew mode, hit the spacebar. This will tell you
RA> where the review cursor is located. The location of the
RA> application cursor is voiced by hitting whatever hotkey you
RA> have defined for cursor address. This key is defined in your
RA> popup menu under hotkeys. I have it defined as ctrl-a for
RA> example. As a result, hitting the ctrl-a tells me where the
RA> application cursor is, or going into review mode and hitting
RA> the spacebar tells me where the review cursor is. Hope this
 RA> helps... Regards,
I will try what you say but without trying it I assume that pressing
the space bar says the line and column and that is okay I guess but
I am used to hearing the word and then the speech package from
california says curser for example lets say I am reading a line of
text and the line is this is a test for circuit adjustment
purposes. if my curser is sitting before the word purposes I will
hear "this is a test for circuit adjustment curser purposes"
do you see what I mean?

PM> Doug, I don't mean to argue here, but I don't agree with this.
PM> It doesn't take too many brains to figure out "c" for column
PM> and "l" for line, and having the words instead of letters would
 PM> make things slower.

Paula,
As you have guessed this is what makes my job so difficult. I have
heard it both ways. Many people would rather have column x line y and
other prefer cx, ly. What should be done? Also I have been asked
to reverse the order. Say the line first and then the column. No matter
what I do there will always be someone who would rather have it the other
way. Well, how about offering both. As I see from Ricks message to you
the problem here is code size. The program get so large because of all
the possibilities. humm. All this thought is making my brain hurt! ha ha
Not sure what the answer is. You have to keep the beginners happy as
well as the experts.
  Thanks for your input Paula.
   Regards,
      Doug
