Hello!
A few weeks back an inquiry was made by you on this echo
regarding a recommended text for the grammar of sign. At that
time I replied citing the Humphries/O'Rourke book- A Basic Course
in American Sign.
I wanted to also suggest The American Sign Language Phrase
Book by Lou Fant. This title is excellent for its treatment of
the grammar of sign and ease of use. It is possibly more thorough
in its treatment of the grammar of sign than the previously cited
work. Also it is more readily obtainable in book stores here.
