I am an undergrad at the University of Illinois and I have recieved
a letter from the Rehab. Center here stating something similar. In
summary the letter stated that a recruiter was coming to campus to
interview students who are interested in full or part time jobs
with the Department of Defense. The letter than went on to state
that the DofD has a goal of reaching a 2 % representation of
employees with disabilities within the next 3 years. Furthermore,
that the hiring authorities have been established to hire such
individuals non-competitively.
