Index Number: 10913 [This is from the Blink Talk Conference] Oh how much fun access technology is!!! My new trainer, Toni, has just gotten a new 386 SX and had a problem installing speech on it with MS DOS 3.30. So, I temporarily reinstalled Vocal-eyes on the AT here to see if I could simulate the problem, and ndarned if I didn't have the same problem. I have VE installed in expanded memory and am running MS DOS 3.30. At certtain points, usually when I am in one of the Vocal-eyes menus, the machine will suddenly reboot for no apparent reason. It doesn't have anything to do with the synthesisor since we are both using different synthesisors. The problem did not seem to exist when I was using PC DOS 3.30 but is happening with MS DOS 3.30. I am using the 4DOS command shell but Toni isn't so it apparently has nothing to do with tthe command.com portion of DOS. Thanks again for all the support you and your company give to us pickey users. You have a fantastic software. Keep up the great work and the tremendous support. You can't begin to understand how much support like yours means when the time comes to recommend a product to another person. D.
