You are right forms have always been a problem until FORMMATE
from Henter-Joyce. I have gotten the Demo Disk of the program
and am quite impressed. It requires that at least two files be
created one that gives the program the necessary questions to be
asked, and the other a file that gives the instructions as to
where the answers should be placed on the form. These files must
be written in pure ascii text format. If she has volunteers
working with her now, then they should be able to easily assist
her in creating the form files. This program also allows for
differentfonts of print, bold, ETC whatever your printer
supports. To do this you must create a control file with the
control sequences for the printer.
For more information, contact Henter-Joyce INC, 7901 Fourth
Street North, Suite 211, St.Petersburg, FL 33702

You can bet that as soon as I get approval from my boss, I'll be
buying a couple of copies of FORMMATE for my Technology Center.
Check it out. The price of the program is $495.00 which includes
the program, manuels in print and on tape, plus a training tape
that is quite good produced by Henter Joyce. I wish I'd had a
program like FORMMATE when I was working for Social Security!
This program is worth its weight in gold! Grant
