I also hav the talking watch and cube clock from Radio Shack. The
main reason that I wanted the cube clock was for the timer and that
clock usually stays in the kitchen. The talking time 1 was put out
by Sharp and has got to be the best talking clock ever made. It's
also the easiest one to set. It has a stopwatch feature which I
make use of quite often when I'm putting music on tape. I will
occasionally use my watch, but if I'm going to have to make it talk
a lot, I'd rather wear out the batteries in the clock because
they're easier to replace. Incidentally, if you've ever heard a
clock with the same voice as your watch, you've heard the talking
time 1.

HI DONNA,
THE TALKING TIME IS BIGGER THAN THE R. S. WATCH, IT IS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A
PACK OF SMOKES. THE TWO A A BATTERIES IT USES LAST ABOUT A YEAR,
ALTHOUGH I HAVE HAD THEM LAST FOR TWO, I CANT SAY THAT, THE BOOK SAYS
ONE.
THE FEDERATION HAS THEM FOR 65 BUCKS AND THEY HAVE AN ALARM AND A TIMER,
