Hi, Greg! How long have you lived in California? My aunt lives
there and I've been there. I think it's great! Thanks for the
info on the recipes. I'd like to get one soon. By the way,
what kinds of microwaves have you found are good? When I moved
back to Texas the movers dropped and broke mine. It was about
12 years old anyway, so they really did me a favor. I know I
can get a much nicer one for a lower price, so I'd like your
input. I don't want or need a fancy one, but would like one
that does have or can have a carousel and browning element.
understand there is even one that broils. What features have
you found are useful and which just something that breaks down?
I think the fancier something is the sooner and more often it
might break. Take care! Linda

I'll have to go through my brl book reviews and find the catalog
number for that book. BTW, the Louisiana Council of the Blind is
selling a cajun cookbook in braille and large print. I don't have
the address in front of me, but if you would like to order a copy,
let me know and I will give it to you . I don't know if you still
read the Cooking echo, but I posted a few recipes from the book
over there. It's a really nice cookbook and I think it's worth the
twenty dollars. It's in three volumes and so far, we've liked
everything we've tried.
