Thank you for your response. I'll try and pass on the information to
her as soon as possible. I'm not really sure of her present
expectations. From what I was led to believe in my conversation with
her and her mother it sounded like they thought there might be some
return. This was especially true with the mother! I had a little
time controlling myself when the mother said "if you can walk in the
pool, you'll be able to walk on your own." At the present time, she is
able to take one step but I believe that's all.

To be honest I'm quite skeptical about the biofeedback but I'm
certainly no authority on the subject. I also believe that no harm
would come from her going out there other than being stripped of her
money. She's already had her therapy and appears to be quite strong.
Since her injury was over 6 years ago I sort of doubt that the trip
would be that effective. She's very active in her chair so although
she doesn't have much in the way of triceps she's able to sit quite
long hours. She's also lucky in that she has sensation so if
something is happening to her body she's aware of it before she's had
any problems.

I might give a call to a friend of mine at MRC to see what she has to
say about the situation. Did you know a therapist by the name of
Sidney Reynolds at MRC? When I was at Montebello she was a therapist
there. By the way the doctor out there that would be evaluating her
would be Dr. Judith Walker. Have you heard of her? If so was it
good, bad or indifferent?
Frank.
