Carla,
Yes, the wall phones (got to keep those cords out of the reach of
the canine's canines!) were recently added at Seeing Eye, but if anyone
plans on going there and using the line for a modem hookup I suggest
they request room G. Miss Pursley, the director of student services,
told me they were permanently attached to the wall, and untill saturday
night and a six pack I accepted her story as that bugger just didn't
want to budge! An 18 year old Texan who calls himself Ron, but who we
all referred to as "the Kid", insisted on joining us here, and risking
the rath of Vassar bred Miss Pursley supported by my state of
inebriation, I used my leash correcting strength increased shoulder to
knock that suckker off the pegs and expose the life supporting jack.
The phone is now precariously hung back on the wall, but I think I
got away safely. For Pete's sake though, if anyone hears of Miss
Pursley making a trip to Pittsburgh, please, please let me know well in
advance! LeeRoy is bad, and Willie is bad, but nobody can match the
baddness of a Vassar bred woman!
