YOUR SISTER BY CHOICE? HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM! Most of the time people don't
have a chice in that matter but that subject is for another time.
You are fortunate in any case. I've had to deal with about sixteen
representatives from different equipment providers while trying to set
up this computer training program and out of that sixteen three made an
effort to be courteous, helpful, and made you feel like they wanted you
to come back: Carla from tsi, and of course Doug Jaufrey from G.W.
Micro, and Les Barr, fromArkanstone or maybe I should say his company
in Norman Oklahoma who sells the Arkanstone. The rest, they weren't
really that interested in my business it didn't seem to me. I guess it
goes back tohow important that initial contact is and so often that is
overlooked by companies. Grant
