On Ken Mattingly's and Henry Hartsfield's first simulated flight last weekend, there was a simulated problem. The computers, in accordance with a pre-set script of the mission that was not known to the astronauts in advance, told them that there was a nitrogen leak in the (simulated) cabin. They dealt with it and brought it under control with no problems, and NASA is calling the 'mission' a complete success.
