My workmen's comp insurance company is interested in settling my
claim with them. I was wondering if anyone has suggestions about
how to determine a reasonable amount or who I could consult with.
I'm a c5-c6 quad and my accident was 20 years ago. Thanks for the
help.

Scott:

I would think a reasonable *starting point* would be a sum equal to what
you could reasonably have been expected to earn over your working lifetime
in your chosen profession from the time of your injury through retirement,
had you *not* been injured, plus legal fees and court costs.
