Index Number: 12626 I am looking for pointers to algorithms, programs, or books that provide information on speech recognition. I want to take a digitized information and determine it's content. The vocabulary will not be large. Initially YES and NO, eventually the alphabet and digits. I figure I will need to get a number of samples for each word for each person and create a template for comparison. I need to determine how to compare a sample to the template and determine a closeness factor that can be used for selection.
