Index Number: 12771 In a message you mentioned that you have disability insurance and you may loose it soon. Check with your employer for details of the plan. In my case, the disability insurance covered me for 2 years for not being able to do my job. After two years, with doctors certificate that I am not employable for any type of work, my disability insurance will continue until age 65. I was put on long term disability in 1987. This year the insurance company asked for another doctor's certificate. I guess they want to make sure that I am still disabled.
