> Hi Frank I'm glad she getting to really enjoy her cart. It does have a
>lot of little niceties. Getting it into a van is a trip. We have a lift, but
>my tri-cart won't fit on the lift and it blocks the ramp that Ray built to
Well, when I was buying my lift I had them add an additional five
inches to the end of the lift. If I hadn't done that we wouldn't be
able to go anywhere. It's still a struggle but we manage. So far
Jeanne is still able to get into and out of the van with some
assistance. She is not wearing braces. I'm not able to handle the
tri-cart and Jeanne no longer drives so we always have to have a
totally able bodied person with us. Boy talk about a drag and an
inconvenience but as I said we do get to do quite a bit. If you ask
me it sounds like your method of getting into and out of the van is a
bit more then I could manage. I'm sure that when you're going through
that exercise you get a lot of stares from people passing by.
Frank.
