Hi Grant:

Question, if it hurt to expel someone, why do it? OK, you did give
the reason, but why would you want to participate in any
organization that messed in the head in the first place after
finding out the real poop? I am not preaching at ya, just my
reaction, and probablly yours after a while.

Emho Phillips said once:

I had a Principal in grammar school who I got in trouble with. He
took me into his office and lectured me. He apparently didn't
think it did any good so he said, "I'm sorry son but "I'm going to
have to expel you."

I replied, "you'll have to catch and eat me first!" ha ha ha. I
think that about puts the right perspective on the NFB's expelling
somebody.

Well, Al, you couldn't have used a better example. I guess one
reads about it, hears about it, and somehow thinks it will never
happen tothem. That's howit was. I'll tell you what though it
did make me think long and hard about some of the famous or
infamous people of NFB's past who were expelled or made to
resign as in my case and made me wunder if maybe there was
another side that was not kade known. I'm sure there was in
most cases.
Grant
