Index Number: 13066 Yes, that is true that words are not the best way to express love. they hardly do so at all even in the best of times and even if both persons are eloquent in the use of words. Words being merely shadows of life and not life. You are right also that someone who is in a coma is not in any way to be considered dead. Such a person is alive and though they often cannot respond in any way (depending on the depth of the coma - which is variable) there is reason to know that such persons do sense and perceive the other person who is communicating to them. I really can't understand though how all your thoughts connect with one another and especially how being either "a soldier or a spy" would in any way have anything to do with my life. I am neither soldier or spy though a character in my poems might have been (metaphorically or literally - pardon the pun). But poems are not her, though some say different. That too is so saddening to me that sometimes I wish I had never been born into this world. What are poems in comparison to genuine human love ? Vague expressions and then only hinting at possibilities or emotions (of hope, or loss, or love, or any other emotion). I have no right to search for her because perhaps she does not want to be found by me. Otherwise she would have sent someone to communicate with me if she could not do so herself, or some person who knew of us would have told me where and how she is. I have no right to use any means of locating her, because that might be for selfish purpose because such might be against her wishes. I appreciate your concern and Betty's good advice. That is very warm and positive advice even though I am not in a situation and it would not be right to follow that advice. -- Uucp: ..!{decvax,oliveb}!bunker!hcap!hnews!244!106!Robert.Ezergailis Internet: Robert.Ezergailis@f106.n244.z1.fidonet.org
