I know what you're going through. My wife who has MS finely decided
that she wasn't going to drive any more. It was a tremendous blow to
both to my wife and myself because we lost so much of our
independence. It was not an easy thing to decide but it was
definitely the right thing to do. We had had several accidents some
of which we possibly could have avoided. Fortunately, nobody was
injured. It might be a very difficult decision but when you think of
the consequences it's the right one. I wish you the best of luck it's
not easy making choices like that.

Adrienne, I'm sorry about the driving situation, as a blind guy I
have often wished that I could drive too, so I can understand how
vulnerable it might make you feel. By all means, keep processing
your feelings and if that means that you have to be a little slower,
that's just fine. I just thought of you and thought I should make
the effort to write to you. My prayers and good thoughts are and
will be with you.
