[misc.handicap] Loading wheelchairs into cars

Just another hint--we have removeable pieces of plywood that fit 
into the "wells" between the door and the hump.  These make it
much easier for my husband to load his chair.  When we drive the
carpool to work, these, like the chair, go in the trunk.

Our newest car is a Olds Cutlass Supreme SL and it works quite well.
The front-wheel drive makes the hump smaller.  The previous two cars
were 2-door Chevy Citations, but these aren't made any more.
