Index Number: 13103 In issue #1658, from 11-26-90 was the following query: " I've read of a one handed keyboard... It is apparently possible to type uppercase, lowercase, and punctuation symbols. It would require good co-ordination on one hand at least, as the buttons are pressed down in combinations to generate a character. From: Stephen.White@p1.f853.n681.z3.fidonet.org " There may have already been a response to this, but I have some information on a sysytem I saw in Switzerland that does just this, and looks very nicely designed, called OCTIMA. For information: Dantronic Churerstr. 160 A CH-8808 Pfaffikon Switzerland Tel: 055-485200 (country code 41) I have also been told by my colleague that he recently came across the same item being carried in an American company's catalog. We'll keep trying to track it down. Hope this helps, Danny Hilton-Chalfen UCLA Office of Academic Computing 213-206-7133
