I have been permanently confined to a wheelchair for almost fourteen
years now. Recently I was "booted" off of disability by my insurance
company and had to seek "gainful" employment. So far I have been moderately
successful and I am currently working for a "nominal" salary. My problem
now is that I can't afford to by a home and make a living with the average
monthly house payment being in excess of six hundred dollars a month. I have
been told in the past that there are government and/or other subsides that are
available but I've had no luck in gathering any information on any of these.
Can anyone out there be of any assistance? Your input would be greatly
appreciated.
