[net.columbia] Boosters in Trouble

I just called the dial-it number to see what is was like, and
the recorded status message said that recovery teams have found
the tops of both SRB's, but they have not been able to locate the
boosters themselves.  Earlier, aircraft reports said that one of
them was low in the water, but ships couldn't find it.  They are
presuming that both boosters (and all their parachutes) have sunk,
but they will keep searching.
