Do you know if the UN Decade for Disabled is still accepting draft
resolutions for the decade wrap, or articles for newsletters? A very
nice chap in Veienna asked me to send stuff more than a year ago and I
got tied up with the Canadian scene.
We have had major victories here on issues connected with people disabled
by chemical sensitivities, as have consumers in various commonwealth
countries. (People in the US are still committing suicide at a high
rate due to bigotry fostered by the american medical professiona.)
There are likely hundreds of people with these problems in situations
like post-Bhopal, Chernobyl, Tokyo, Meico City, and so on, who may be
vicims of arbitrary interference, encouraged by articles such as the one
about so-called "environmental illness" in the Journal of the American
Mecial Association, 26 December 1991.
