Index Number: 13688 Ratchet-Drive Wheelchair Dealer Wanted Attn: European Wheelchair Dealers I'm looking for a special type of wheelchair. They have a bicycle-ratchet type mechanism on each rear wheel. Hence you propel the chair by pumping a lever on each wheel. These chairs are excellent for someone who does not have good control over thier fingers. (I cannot grip but have full strength in my arms.)
