Yesterday when I called my bank--NCNB of Texas (North Carolina National
Bank), I heard their recording announcing numbers for Spanish-speaking
representatives as well as a tollfree number accessible via TDDs.
They also offer banking by phone which allows you, assuming you maintain
the required balance, to pay bills by phone and banking Express Service,
which allows the customer to check account balance and basically keep
up on the activity of the account. I use this all the time, and as
a blind user, never have to have someone check my bank statement.
