I have severe pain in my knee. If I continue to move I have no pain
what so ever. But, if I should sit for just 5 minutes and keep the
knee in the same position, the pain is like having a wedge pounded into
my knee. I cannot control my emotions when I have to stand. Screaming
is the only way to express this awful pain.
Is there anything I can do to
ease this. If anyone knows of anything I would be so greatful for any
suggestions you might have.
