I would like to know is there if anyone know about voice syneetizer, I
mean like for example I want to put tape recorder on tv what tv"s voice
say then put tape recorder and plug into computer then it tells us what
they say from tv something almost like closed caption but just suppose if
no closed caption on what show but I want to know what they say by voice
thru computer l;ook alike interpreter for us from voice to computer as
closed caption? do you think can do that or impossible? if possible I
need more information about that, etc etc.
