Hi there. I am doing some research on the extent of state budget cuts with
regard to the handicapped due to the economic collapse. To my astonishment,
no one knows the extent of these cuts; its hard even to find the medicaid
cuts in the various states. Anyone with any information in a particular state
should please send email to covici%ccs@uunet.uu.net with as much concrete
information as possible.
Also, if you know where I could find out such information, let me know so I
don't waste time calling people who will just refer me to others.
