I wonder if you folks could help me. I'm a undergraduate student
at the State University of New York at Buffalo, taking a course in
Socioligy (SOC 210 - Social Problems). For a project I am doing,
I need to get interviews from Disabled persons about the effects
of stereotyping on society.
If any of you have a minute or so, I would appriciate it if you
could fill out the questionaire below and return it to:

The Surveys will be used to compile a written report for the class.
The responses you make are confidencial, and will be given to the
Socioligy department here at the conclusion of the project. If any
