In all honesty, I have found the company support from the smaller
producers to always be better than that offered by the biggest, at least
if they are a full time operation.
Automated Functions Inc., better known as Ron Morford, author of
Softvert, is in my list of favorites, right up there with GW Micro!
Since Ron is generally associated with TSI, I think he naturally
gets a bad rap at times, but he does handle some products on his own,
and never, and I repeat NEVER, has he not returned a call I've made to
him, or even suspected operator error on any problem I've confronted him
with.
I like my LapTalker, one of Automated Function Inc.'s products,
very much, even though by today's standards I guess it isn't a profound
machine, and I'm very glad I got it from Ron, my friend!

If we as consumers don't speak up when we hve a justified complaint
about vusomer support things willneverchange. If I was a vender of
products I certainly would want to know what was wrong so that I could
improve on the problem or fix it and I guess I expect no less from
companies who especiallycharge high prices for their products. To me,
the higher the price the better customer support there should be
because the company can better afford it. However as we know it
doesn't work that way as we know. Grant
