Paul, Willie and all guide dog users, here is a little more about G.D.U.I. and
the future. At the end of June for one week, G.D.U.I. is holding their annual
convention in Tampa, Florida. Guaranteed to be a warm reception, to say the
least. An opportunity to mix with many other guide dog users from across the
country and abroad and be kept up to date about guide dog activities both
nationally and internationally. The convention for 1992 is to be in Tuczon,
Arizona. If you like being in heat, these are your golden opportunities. I have
yet to learn about future conventions but hope that they will be in the northern
segments of U.S.A. to give everybody a fair opportunity to participate and
attend. I have requested further information but have yet to receive it so will
update you further when able. See next post for my address.
