  Is anyone familiar with an onscreen keyboard operaterd by sip and
puff for IBM.  Any info would be appriciated. It is needed by a lady
with MS that is trying to complete college and cannot afford the $6,000
optical laser system.

Well, there's Handi-Key from Microsystems Software (around $400; demo
version that runs for 60 minutes and quits (but can be reloaded; doesn't
lock up machine) is available on some BBSs).  There's also Scanning WSKE
from Words Plus; main disadvantage is price ($700) and memory requirement
(takes up 220K!).  There's also EZ-Scan from Regenesis; much better price
($75), but I've never seen it in use.
