[misc.handicap] Directory of correspondence course degree programs?

Does anyone know of a good directory listing all (or a sizeable number
thereof) degree programs offered through correspondence courses?  Or
just a directory of legitimate colleges offering correspondence
courses?  If so, please tell where, how and how much.
