There is a program called Newsroom that is specifically designed for
doing newsletters, and comes with a library of graphics that can be used
in your publications. I have never tried it with speech, but my
impression is that it probably wouldn't work too well. However, it does
a fine job at what it was designed for. My wife used to use quite some
time ago. It can be found in just about any software store, but I can't
recall the price. I believe it was about $69 or so...
