The NFB of New Mexico is selling a Mexican cookbook on disk for
$10.00. It is
also available in braille for $15.00.

If you are in to Mexican and New Mexican food, this is a very
good book. It explains terms and methods, takes you through
basic preparations such as making red and green chili sauces,
tortillas etc., then moves on to more complex recipes.
