Raised Dot Computing is proud to announce its new braille translation program
for MS DOS computers. Hot Dots 3.0 has a powerful file importation feature.
When you import a file into the system, you get to select between 30 different

When you import a file, Hot Dots understands the paragraph, centering, italics,
and margin commands. You get acceptable braille format without having to edit
the file.
Besides a simple to use menu, Hot Dots 3.0 contains powerful batchfiles. Just by
typing:
DOTS1234 LETTER.DOC WP5 LPT1
Hot Dots 3.0 takes the file LETTER.DOC in Word Perfect 5.0 format and imports
in, translates it, formats it, and outputs the braille to the brailler attached
to your parallel port. The name of the batch file "DOTS1234" refers to the
fact that it executes the first four options of the DOTS menu program in order.
The braille translator has been completely overhauled from any of our previous
software and it has been exhaustively tested. We are so sure of the quality of
the translation program that we offer a financial incentive to anyone who finds
a word which is mistranslated. Please contact Raised Dot Computing for the

Hot Dots 3.0 is powerful, flexible, fast, easy to use, and incredibly accurate.
Cost is $350 for new purchasers, or $125 for registered purchasers of previous
editions of Hot Dots. A Demo disk is available.
