They give you a braille MO> calling card or phone card, whatever it's called, and I'm not sure if you MO> get braille other than that. Point is, they are the only ones Iknow of to MO> give any braille at all. Now, i guess it is no big deal to get somebody to MO> read your phone card to you, but at least it's a start. Yeah, I guess, but someone a while back on here said something about that if you used your braille phon card, that it had to come on a separate bill. It was something like that anyway. I don't really remember since I was not interested at that time. If I remember right, the number on that card is a long one, and would be hard to remember. At least AT&T, the only thing you have to learn is a four digit number, because the rest of it is your phone number. I tell you the truth, I almost quit AT&t a couple of months back, because they made a mistake on my bill, and they never liked to got it straight. They would aggree to straighten it out, but when I would get my next bill, it still was wrong. Mary, You get the phone card with braille on it plus the dialing instructions are also in braille. They do help you learn all the features, international calling, calling a second number with out re-entering your ID etc. The billing info is not in braille, but they say they will read it to you. ... Index Number: 15560 [This is from the Blink Talk Conference] That thing about the braille card having to be on a separate bill used to be the way it was, but that has changed now and it can be a part of whatever sprint service you have. I have Sprint Plus, and that is what my card bills too. I get all the advantages on that card that I would on Sprint Plus service. Oh by the way, information calls are free. They show up on the bill, but there is no charge for them. If you have a braille card, a Sprint rep will go over the bill with you and explain it to you and they will take as long as you need. * EZ 1.30 * -- Uucp: ..!{decvax,oliveb}!bunker!hcap!hnews!109!432!Diana.Dawne Internet: Diana.Dawne@f432.n109.z1.fidonet.org
