Index Number: 15900 [This is from the Blink Talk Conference] I used and taught a demo version of Flipper a few years ago and liked the program. I understand now that Omnichron's technical support is gravely lacking. In my estimation Flipper had the quickness and flexibility that I had gotten used to in Articvision programs. In my case version 2.10 and the earlier version 1.40. So far as Vocal Eyes goes, again I have only used a demo copy but it seems really fast and responsive and Doug Jeofrey seems to be leading everyone now in listening to his customers and with tech support. When I upgrade my computer systems it will probably be a toss up between Vocal Eyes and Asap. I really appreciate Asap's potential automation. I must be getting old lazy and kermudgen-like. I hate setting up windows and configurations for everything I have to do. If Asap can run successfully and automatically it will bring the simplicity of the Apple 2E world to the Ibm environment. I started years ago with an Apple and David Holidays fine programs. Eric AA6XG -- Uucp: ..!{decvax,oliveb}!bunker!hcap!hnews!203!11!Eric.Clegg Internet: Eric.Clegg@f11.n203.z1.fidonet.org
