[This is from the Blink Talk Conference]

We have been discussing sighted guide lately here in
the echo.
Personally, when I walk with another person or a group of
people, I tend to use sighted guide. The main reason is that
I find that if I do not, I often
accidentally bump into the people I am
walking with. I think, that among
other reasons, this might occur if people stop and go,
and by the ways in which people walk.
The problem seemes to occur less when I am with a mobility instructor,
if at all.
I will see my ONM instrucot on Thursday,
wo will ask him for some suggestions in terms of this.
If anyone has had this problem, or knows why it
occurs, or has any suggestions, comments would
be welcome.
The problem doesn't occur so much in crowds, just seems to occur
if I am with somebody.

..... Merry Xmas, Happy Hanukak, Feliz Navidad, etc, etc, etc
