duane@anasaz.UUCP (Duane Morse) (01/16/90)
We have had 5.3 up and running on our 32/600 for about 3 weeks, and have been using TCP/IP for a little over one week. There have been a few glitches, which our system adminstrator will post to usenet in a few days. For example, sdb doesn't seem to be able to set breakpoints except at function entry points, but 5.3 now includes dbx. An enhancement on CC and CPP regarding default values resulted in compiler complaints about unsupported nested assembler loops, which took a bit of investigation to resolve. As you can see, these aren't earth-shattering. We've been getting comp.sys.ncr from the net reliably (as reliably as the net gets us anything), so I hereby request that my name be removed from this mailing list. Thanks for the forum!
