[net.followup] How do you keep pigeons off your balcony?

<put the pigeons here and let the net eat them>

I had a similar problem with pigeons on the rain gutters. They would
sit there and repaint the side of the building. I purchased a
blow-gun from a mail order house and began to take shots at them.
I haven't hit to many but they got the message and don't come around much
anymore. (What really happened is that the apartment complex trapped
them and had them disposed of, but I like to think that it was
my accurate blow-gun sharpshooting.) I don't think that the pigeons
could come back because of all the missed darts by their roost.
Happy Hunting.

You can do any number of things, but it seems that the damn birds get
immune to it after a while, so even if you've think you've got success,
they come back.
