[comp.sys.ncr] ptty's and win tcp/ip manual pages

lfuentes@uchdcc.dcc.uchile.cl (Lucho Fuentes) (12/17/90)

Hi, Mr. Greg Hackney suggested to me that I write to you.

I tried to port the screen program (use BSD sockets and pseudoterminals) to my
NCR Tower 32/600 running Unix 3.00.01 and WIN TCP/IP. I did not found the
manual pages for pty(7) referenced in rlogind(1m) page manual in the Local
Area Network WIN-TCP Chapter 18, page 64. Code: D1-1081-B07 Release 4.01
August 1990.

I have tried to get this information in the local NCR office (in Chile)
but they do not have experience on the above and they have the same manual
without ptty(7).

I also am interested in obtaining the on-line manual pages for WIN TCP.

Please, if you cannot help me, send this mail to the appropiate person.

Thanks in advance,

	Lucho Fuentes (lfuentes@toqui.uchile.cl, ...uunet!uchdcc!lfuentes)

There are no on-line manual pages for WIN TCP. At least none distributed
by NCR.
