A new Number 1 engine was delivered to KSC last Friday and moved into the VAB on Saturday. Tomorrow it will go through its final tests and, all going well, will be installed in a 16 hour long procedure, on Wednesday. If all proceeds smoothly, STS-6 could launch by 7 March.
