[net.columbia] Number 2 Engine to be Removed

NASA gave technicians the day off yesterday and planned to have
the number 2 engine removed and in the VAB by this afternoon.
They have given no word as yet to how much extra delay this
will cause in the launch of STS-6, as they haven't decided how
to fix the problem.
