[net.columbia] TDRS Salvage Plan

NASA and TRW, Inc., have completed a plan to raise
the orbit of TDRS.  The effort will involve firing
the satellite's small thrusters over a period of
several days.  NASA says the loss of two of those
thrusters should not affect the attempt, and that
the satellite should have enough fuel left after
the operation to complete its 10 year life.
