[net.columbia] TDRS Salvage Postponed Until Wednesday

NASA today began the salvage operation of TDRS-1 but halted
the operation after 1 hour and 22 minutes because of the
thrusters overheated.  NASA said it was confident it could
carry out the operation over the next several weeks.
