After reading all those articles about mean methods to 'do' a file and
get the error message right, I think there is a need for a well
defined 'include' mechanism in Perl.
No, I don't like to use perl -P (too many side-effects on my comments).
A better solution is auto-loading, but this still hasn't made it into
the code.
