I finally got around to trying to get patchlevel 28 running today. Unfortunately, it don't work :-(. I'm running SCO's Open DeskTop (basically System V Release 3.2). doio.c includes the appropriate files to get struct timeval. Configure determines it has select (correctly). doio.c, if we have select and we're running on an SCO unix, then includes sys/select.h. Unfortunately, sys/select.h also declares struct timeval. Fall down, go boom. Does anyone have any clever suggestions before I figure out how to fix this? This didn't happen under patchlevel 18 (or was it 19?, the one before the latest batch).
